         Breakfast Food Safety Tips

Must wash hands before eating
Always wash your hands every day during the course of eating. Did not sleep overnight and in this cycle, you just sat down to eat as soon as you woke up in the morning and forgot to wash your hands, then you may have to suffer its loss.

Eat fresh food
Take care of the egg and milk expiry date and store these things well.

If in doubt throw that food
If you suspect having leftover breakfast or stale food, do not risk eating it. It may contain bacteria.

             Breakfast tips

Keep these things in your mind before adding things to breakfast in the morning:

If you can't eat too many heavy things in your breakfast then that should be distributed. Take fluids first and then start eating solid food slowly. It also helps indigestion.

If you do not want to eat anything with impunity, then only eat what you feel like eating. It is better that you eat a little bit instead of eating nothing.

If you are suffering from morning sickness, then eat 5 times instead of 3 times a day. Take 3 solid food and 2 small snacks in it. This will also provide nutrition throughout the day and keep the stomach full.

Some amount of fat is necessary for you and your baby. You can get good fat by adding avocado in a smoothie, nuts in oatmeal and olive oil in saute.

Banana is a superfruit breakfast in pregnancy period. It is rich in prebiotics, potassium, fibre, protein and vitamin C. You can add it to your snack. You can include it in a smoothie, cereal, yoghurt, peanut butter sandwich or fruit salad.

Bad effect on a child when a mother does not have breakfast in pregnancy :

Breakfast is a must for adult as well as pregnant women. It can have a bad effect on the baby if the pregnant woman does not have breakfast.

It is said that breakfast is most important for the body. Most women skip breakfast because of work and if you do this in pregnancy, it affects you as well as your baby.
If a pregnant woman does not have breakfast in the morning, then it definitely affects the baby. Let us know how the baby feels when the woman does not have breakfast in the pregnancy period.

   Baby feels sleepy
The first diet of the day gives us the energy to work throughout the day. This food also gives energy to the fetus. At the same time, if the pregnant woman does not have breakfast on time, then the mother, as well as the baby, may feel low energy.
Not having breakfast makes the mother feel less energy and can keep them drowsy throughout the day. When the mother feels lethargic, the child will also feel lethargic. Because of this, the movement of the child may decrease.

Affects the development of the baby
Whatever the mother eats has an effect on the baby. The child gets nutrition from the food taken by the pregnant woman. On the other hand, if the pregnant woman does not have breakfast even after the whole night in the morning, the child is hungry. There may be a deficiency of nutrients in it which will directly affect the development of the child.
Overeating occurs later
Not having breakfast in pregnancy can lead to more hunger later, which can cause blood sugar levels to fall. Women start eating more when they are hungry and the amount of nutritious food in their diet also decreases. It is better to have breakfast on time than overwriting.
Risk of premature delivery
Not having breakfast on time or skipping breakfast can result in many health problems for the child. Because of this, the baby may be born before nine months. Dinner leads to a gap of ten to twelve hours between breakfasts in the morning and not being able to have breakfast on time even after being hungry for so long can harm the health of mother and child.
Take care of your baby's health
If you want your baby to be healthy and develop properly, then make sure to have breakfast on time. Include healthy items in your breakfast. After this, eat little by little throughout the day so that the body gets energy and can also be avoided by increasing the weight due to eating more in one go.

There is a very long gap between breakfast in the morning after dinner, so do not make the mistake of skipping breakfast and try to do breakfast at whatever time. This will keep the mother healthy and the development of the fetus will also be good.

So at any cost, a woman should not skip or avoid breakfast in
pregnancy so that she may give birth a healthy baby.
