 Those who are fond of drinking wine, there is good news. Drinking a little red grape wine 2 times a week helps to reduce cholesterol.
4.Green tea:
Green tea has significantly less caffeine than coffee. Also, anti-oxidants that keep the body fit and healthy are also high in green tea.

7. Green Leafy Vegetables:
Consuming green leafy vegetables also help in lowering cholesterol. Because in green leafy vegetables, vitamin A, B, C along with iron and calcium are also found.in Green leafy vegetables.
8.Garlic:
Regular consumption of garlic, besides keeping blood pressure, blood circulation and blood sugar level normal is also useful in reducing bad cholesterol.
9.Olive oil:
Olive, cooked in olive oil, is best suited for cholesterol patients because the food made in it is light and digestible and also contains sufficient amounts of monounsaturated fatty acids that help reduce cholesterol.

  Red onion is very beneficial in controlling high cholesterol. Take one spoon of onion juice mixed with one spoon of honey.

To reduce high cholesterol naturally, drink three cups of orange juice regularly.

Boiling the powder of coriander seeds in a cup of water and drinking it twice a day also reduces cholesterol.

Linseed seeds are very helpful in reducing cholesterol. It is better that you consume ground seeds instead of whole seeds.
